Privacy policy for Dolly
This policy explains what information we collect through Dolly, why we use it and the choices available to you. We apply the same principles whether you contact our editorial team or use the linked gambling service.
Scope of this privacy notice
This notice covers personal data processed through this website. It includes technical information collected automatically, details submitted through our contact form and information associated with an account opened with the linked operator.
Each service has its own role in the relationship. Our editorial inbox handles questions about the information published here, while the linked gambling platform handles registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account verification.

Lawful basis for processing
- Contract: when information is needed to provide an account service or answer a request connected with it.
- Legal obligation: when we must retain records or respond to lawful regulatory requirements.
- Legitimate interests: when we maintain the website, prevent misuse and improve the clarity of our information.
- Consent: when an optional cookie or similar technology requires your agreement before it is activated.
Sharing and third-party processors
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data on our behalf for hosting, analytics, advertising, payment handling, identity checks and customer support. Their access is limited to the work they perform, and their handling of personal data is governed by contractual controls.
The linked gambling operator may share information with payment providers, verification suppliers and authorities where it is required to operate the account, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. The information you submit to that operator is handled under its own privacy terms.
Your UK GDPR controls
You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the right you wish to use and enough information for us to locate your request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Retention and your choices
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. We review stored information and remove it when the relevant retention period ends.
